Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Dresses (Made-to-Measure)

All dresses tailored according to the client’s specific measurements and requests are considered custom-made products.

For these items:

  • Refunds and returns are not accepted.
  • The client is fully responsible for providing accurate measurements.
  • We ensure each dress is produced according to the approved design and specifications.

2. Ready-to-Wear Dresses

Refunds or returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The delivered product does not match what was presented in photos or videos.
  • The size received does not correspond to the size ordered.

3. Refund Request Deadline

  • Any refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The dress must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items damaged due to customer use will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved if all conditions are met.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our side.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Right to Refuse

Dezzi Fashion reserves the right to refuse any refund or return request if the above conditions are not met.

8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

9. Exchanges

  • There is no international exchange policy at Dezzi Fashion.

10. Quality & Responsibility

  • Dezzi Fashion does not ship dresses with defects.
  • Every order undergoes strict quality control, handled by experienced professionals.
  • The seller is not responsible for any defects or damages after the dress has been delivered to the customer.
