- Dezzi Fashion products are intended for purchase by individuals or legal entities for personal use (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
2. Product Categories
Dezzi Fashion offers three types of products:
a) Ready-Made (Pre-Made) Products
- Items available in stock with standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL).
- These can be ordered directly through our website/shop.
b) Made-to-Measure (Custom-Sizing) Products
- Items produced according to the Customer’s exact measurements, without design modifications.
- Orders are typically placed through direct communication (e.g., WhatsApp).
c) Customized Products (Special Orders / Made-on-Request)
- Fully customized items created based on the Customer’s design preferences and measurements.
- Developed in collaboration with a professional designer from Dezzi Fashion.
- Orders are placed through consultation or appointment.
3. Product Representation & Expectations
- For ready-made products, the Customer will receive the same item as displayed on our official website or social media platforms.
- Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen or monitor settings.
- Products that include handwork or are handmade may not be recreated identically.
- Such items are typically 90–95% similar to the original, depending on materials and craftsmanship.
- If no special customization is requested, handmade dresses will be recreated as closely as possible to the original design.
4. Production Time
- Production time ranges from 3 to 45 business days, depending on the product’s complexity, design, and materials.
- A specific delivery timeline will be communicated and agreed upon between the Customer and the Sales Team.
- Delays may occur in cases such as:
- Materials not being in stock
- Unforeseen circumstances
- In such cases, the Customer will be informed accordingly.

6. Payment Policy
6.1 Ready-Made & Pre-Order Products
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
6.2 Payment Methods
Payments via the website or payment link are accepted through:

6.3 Customized Products (Special Orders)
- A 70% deposit is required to begin production.
- The remaining 30% must be paid once the product is completed and ready for shipment.

To complete a purchase via payment link:
- The Customer must contact Dezzi Fashion via WhatsApp.
- The following details are required:

- Email Address
- Phone Number
- A secure payment link will be generated and sent directly to the Customer for payment completion.
