Dezzi Fashion has 3 types of products:
- Pre-made products (products that have standard sizing – XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL that can be ordered through our shop)
- Custom-sizing products (products that Customers can order according to their sizes, which can be ordered by contacting us on WhatsApp)
- Made-on-Request products ( products that will be made based on the Customer’s requests on sizing and designs that can be ordered through the Book an Appointment option)
If the Customer purchases a Pre-made product, they will receive the same product as seen on Dezzi Fashion’s official website. However, the customer understands that there may be a slight color difference due to the different color settings on various monitors/screens.
If the ordered product is handmade or contains handwork, the Customer understands that the product cannot be recreated in an entirely identical way, as it is created by hand and not by machine. The product will be approximately 90-95% the same if the beading and material used are the same as those of the promoted product.
The ordered products are handmade and contain handwork, and if there isn’t a special request from the client, the dress will be recreated in a completely identical way!
Dezzi Fashion products take 3-45 days to be produced, depending on the product’s complexity. For the delivery date as the deadline, the Customer will be informed by our Sales Team.
Exceptions to the 3-45 day timeframe include cases where the material is not in stock and has yet to arrive, and/or unforeseen circumstances, which the Customer will be informed of by our Sales Team.
